
At Individualized Mindful Solutions LLC, our Adult Day Treatment Program is designed for adults ages 19 and above who are experiencing mental health or behavioral health challenges. This structured, non-residential program provides intensive therapeutic support while allowing participants to return home each day.

Participants engage in multiple therapeutic services throughout the day to promote symptom stabilization and emotional growth.

Adult Day Treatment is designed for individuals who need more support than traditional
weekly therapy, but do not require inpatient or residential care. The program provides a
structured therapeutic environment during the day while allowing participants to continue living at home and applying learned skills in real-life settings.
Are experiencing ongoing depression, anxiety, mood instability, trauma-related
symptoms, or difficulty coping with daily stressors
Need consistent structure and routine to improve functioning
Want to develop coping skills, emotional regulation, and healthier thought patterns
Benefit from group support and guided therapeutic activities
Are able to participate in scheduled sessions and actively engage in treatment.
Have a stable and safe living environment to practice skills outside the program
Are stepping down from a higher level of care or need to prevent hospitalization
The screening may include:
Review of current symptoms and concerns
Discussion of treatment goals
Functional and behavioral assessment
Coordination with current providers (if applicable)
Determination of medical necessity and program suitability
